Return Policy
Return products must be returned within 15 days of receipt, un-used unless the
product is defective. All returns must be returned in the original packaging. Unless
the product is defective, there will be a 15% restocking fee. No catalytic lamp fuels
or scent oils will be accepted for return due to the nature of the product.
In store credit issued only. No cash or credit issued. For an in store credit to be
issued, return merchandise must be in re-sellable condition.
